🧪 Recipe for 1L of Kombucha ginger shot 

You’ll Need:

  • 800 ml plain kombucha (from the 1st fermentation – we used black tea, but green or mate tea also work wonderfully)

  • 100 ml pure organic ginger juice

  • 100 ml raspberry syrup (or another fruit syrup of your choice – we really like raspberries 🙂

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a clean bottle suitable for second fermentation (airtight if you want bubbles).

  2. Leave it at room temperature for 3 days.

  3. Chill it in the fridge before drinking. Add ice if you like it extra refreshing.

  4. Drink a small shot daily or when you need a pick-me-up!
