This quick and easy to make recipe for avocado filled with kefir and egg\u00a0can also be a nutritious breakfast or dinner dish.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This recipe includes not one but two ingredients that pass as a superfood: avocado and kefir. Rich with good fats its also great choice if you are following diet restrictions, like lchf or keto diet.<\/p>\n<p>The runny egg yolk that oozes\u00a0over avocado and combined gives a distinct savoury flavour is spiced up with kefir to get some freshness and much needed lightness.<\/p>\n<h4><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-591 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.kefirko.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/IMG_2629.jpg\" alt=\"avocado filled with kefir\" width=\"1000\" height=\"732\" \/><\/h4>\n<h4>Ingredients:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 avocado<\/li>\n<li>2 quail\u2019s eggs<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp kefir<\/li>\n<li>olive oil<\/li>\n<li>freshly ground black pepper<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-589 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.kefirko.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/IMG_2628-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"avocado filled with kefir\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/h4>\n<h4>Instructions:<\/h4>\n<p>With a wooden spoon, scoop the thick upper layer of kefir. Be careful not to scoop the kefir grains at the same time. Cut\u00a0the avocado into halves and cook it on both sides in a hot pan for about a minute. Fry the quail\u2019s eggs in olive oil. According to your taste, use other types of oil or butter. Fill the avocado halves with thick (creamy) kefir. Put the fried egg on the top.
