We all love ice cream, kids even more, but sometimes ice creams are full of sugar and other sweeteners and artificial coloring. Why should we agree to that, when we know there is better, healthier alternative &#8211; fruity probiotic ice lollies. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kefir lollies with fruits are perfect for kids. They are fresh, great tasting and can be made specifically to your kids wishes. Furthermore, they will provide kids with a healthy dose of probiotics to protect their immune system.<\/p>\n<h4>Recipe for fruity probiotic kefir lollies<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 ml homemade kefir (from dairy or non-dairy milk)<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp honey (or any other sweetener, including fruit syrups)<\/li>\n<li>fruits of your choice<\/li>\n<li>flakes of your choice<\/li>\n<li>vanilla powder or any other spices you like<\/li>\n<li>chocolate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_194\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-194\" style=\"width: 642px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-194\" src=\"https:\/\/kefirko.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/893437.jpg\" alt=\"Mix kefir with fruits to add taste\" width=\"642\" height=\"521\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-194\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Mix kefir with fruits to add\u00a0flavors<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Process:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mix kefir with honey, add fruit and mix the mixture. If you use bananas, you need (almost) no honey or other sweeteners. Fill the ice lolly moulds with a mixture according to your taste:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>fruit pur\u00e9ed in kefir,<\/li>\n<li>kefir and pieces of fruit,<\/li>\n<li>flakes, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you like your ice lollies creamy, use creamy kefir (left on a sieve for a few hours for the whey to separate).
