Strain thick kefir and separate grains easily With integrated sieve designed for the size of grains. The sieve has two pouring areas, one with larger strainer slots and another with smaller ones.

How to make
Milk Kefir?

Add grains and milk
Put milk kefir grains and milk in the jar.

Cover and ferment At room temperature for about 24 hours.Fermentation is finished when milk thickens and becomes more sour in taste.

Strain milk kefir and enjoy
Attach the scraper to the strainer lid and strain the kefir from grains. Your kefir is ready to be consumed or second ferment.
