Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer
The giveaway is organized by Borgla d.o.o., Valvasorjeva ulica 8, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia (hereinafter: the organizer).

2. Purpose of the giveaway
The purpose of the giveaway is to promote the Kefirko brand and its fermentation products. This promotion is not affiliated with Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Meta is not responsible for the prize or the contest.

3. Duration
The giveaway runs on the official Instagram profile @kefirko_probiotic and official Facebook profile @kefirko1 from the date of posting until 17.12.2025.

4. How to enter
EU residents can participate by completing the following steps:
1️⃣ follow @kefirko_probiotic on IG or @kefirko1 on Facebook.
2️⃣ comment with an answer to the question “How do you enjoy kefir – straight from the glass, in smoothies, with breakfast, or as a secret ingredient in your recipes? 🥛🍓🥣”
(Optional: tagging a friend is not required to enter.)

Participation is free.

5. Prize
Prize: 1× Black Edition Kefirko Kefir Fermenter.
The prize is not exchangeable for cash or another product.

6. Winner selection and notification
The winner will be selected randomly after the giveaway ends.
The result will be announced in an Instagram story or post.
The winner must provide their personal details within 48 hours. Failure to do so allows the organizer to select a new winner.

7. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are covered by Borgla d.o.o. (Kefirko).

8. Personal data protection
Personal data will be used solely for the giveaway and delivery of the prize and will not be shared with third parties.

9. Disclaimer
Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, or administer this giveaway.
Participants must comply with Instagram’s terms of use.

10. Final provisions
The organizer may modify the terms or end the giveaway due to unforeseen circumstances.
Participation implies acceptance of these terms.
