Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. After the order is assembled, we notify the customer that the order went into delivery.
Shipping time:
- Slovenia: 1-3 days
- EU: 5-10 days
- Non-EU, US, Canada, Australia: 2-3 weeks

International shipping

Returns
The buyer can withdraw from the order within 14 days of receipt and send a notification to info@borgla.com in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. In case of return of an undamaged product, the buyer receives a refund of the purchase price, the only cost in case of withdrawal is the cost of delivery (postage), which has already been made. The cost of returning the product is also borne by the buyer.
In case of received damaged product. If the damage is established upon delivery, it is necessary to fill in the damage report at the delivery service. This, together with photos of the damaged product, is sent by the customer to orders@borgla.com. In the event of damage upon delivery, the customer is entitled to a replacement product or part of the product.
