You can use cocoa sourdough starter to bake brownies. This is done by adding chocolate powder instead of flour when adding the water and flour at the last feeding of the starter.
Ingredients:
1 egg
75g brown sugar
60g cooking cream
30g butter
100g dark chocolate
20g chocolate powder
60g cocoa starter
Instructions:
Separate the egg yolk and egg white. Add the brown sugar and cooking cream to the egg yolk and whisk until foamy.
Melt the dark chocolate in the butter. Add the melted chocolate to the egg mixture and stir.
Add the chocolate powder and lightly salt. Add the starter and stir it in gently.
Finally, gradually add the egg whites and mix well again.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured 20 x 14 cm baking tin. Cover with a napkin and leave at room temperature for 6 hours.
Place the baking tray in the preheated oven. Bake at 180 °C for 40 minutes.
If you have a larger baking tray, adjust the quantity of ingredients.
