Hibiscus is known as a natural remedy for hypertension, blood pressure, high sugar levels, menstrual cramps, etc. It helps with digestion and is rich in vitamin C. The bag contains 100g of dried flowers that can be used for tea. Perfect for second fermentation of kombucha and water kefir.
Preparation: Boil the water to 100 °C and pour over tea leaves. Leave for 5-10 minutes and strain.
