30 g flour
25 ml lukewarm water

Preparation steps:
Combine 30 g flour with 25 ml water in a jar and cover with a lid. Leave for 48 hours.
Then feed with 30 g flour and 25 ml water. Let sit for 24 hours.
Discard half of the starter and feed with 30 g flour and 25 ml water and let sit for another 24 hours.
Repeat step 3 every day for at least 7 days until the starter is active (change in smell, bubbles, fluffy texture).
Once you have your starter prepared and active, you are ready for baking.
