The concave form of the glass jar provides for comfortable handling. The tactile markings on the outside of the jar indicate the levels for the preparation of kefir for one serving (0,3 l/10 oz). Small Kefirko jar capacity is 900 ml (30 oz) and big Kefirko jar capacity is 1400ml l (47 oz).

Simply the best glasses for my kefir and fermenting vegetables. I’ve been using them for years and wont stop. I liked the glasses in the old design a little bit more for the kefir, but the current design is also nice and practical to use.

Absolutely fine. I ordered this one because my previous sourdough maker’s jar broke. Although a smaller jar would be better for sourdough, I personally never go over 200g.
