Delightful wholesome tea, good for kombucha brewing.
Enjoy the sweet, citrusy flavours of lemon balm tea. Bag contains 50g of loose tea leaves of highest quality and organic production. Can be used for kombucha brewing or second fermentation. Also used for cooking and for preparing fresh beverages.
Preparation: Boil the water to 100 °C and pour over tea leaves. Leave for 5-10 minutes and strain.
