Here are the basic supplies to make homemade kefir cheese as often as you wish. This is a large version to produce 400-600g of cheese per batch.
Use fermenter to produce kefir which you can then strain directly into the Cheese maker. We collected all the tools and ingredients, just add the milk of your choice and you’ll be on your way to a perfect creamy cheese!
