Here are the basic supplies to make homemade kefir cheese as often as you wish. This is a small version to produce 200-300g of cheese.
Use fermenter to produce kefir which you can then strain directly into the Cheese maker. We collected all the tools and ingredients, just add the milk of your choice and you’ll be on your way to a perfect creamy cheese!

I am still on a learning curve. I made Keifir & think it was ok.I have yet to try making keifir cheese but i am sure it will work.I like the jars & accesaries that came.Vey helpfull.I am glad i bought this.

The grains activated during the first 24 h, and I have already made a couple of batches of kefir/greek yogurt and a soft cheese, the flavour is quite nice.
