Voici les fournitures de base pour faire du fromage au kéfir maison aussi souvent que vous le souhaitez. C’est une version réduite pour produire 200 à 300 g de fromage.
Utilisez un fermenteur pour produire du kéfir que vous pouvez ensuite filtrer directement dans le fromageur. Nous avons rassemblé tous les outils et ingrédients, il suffit d’ajouter le lait de votre choix et vous serez en bonne voie pour obtenir un fromage parfaitement crémeux !

I am still on a learning curve. I made Keifir & think it was ok.I have yet to try making keifir cheese but i am sure it will work.I like the jars & accesaries that came.Vey helpfull.I am glad i bought this.

The grains activated during the first 24 h, and I have already made a couple of batches of kefir/greek yogurt and a soft cheese, the flavour is quite nice.
