Ginger is a fantastic addition to water kefir, making it a true healing bomb. This powerful combination of kefir, ginger, and peaches not only provides a refreshing and delicious drink but also offers a range of health benefits.
Ginger is thought to help the body absorb nutrients, act as an anti-inflammatory and antiviral agent, and boost the immune system. Consumption of ginger is also thought to have positive effects in reducing the risk of diabetes, obesity and cardiovascular disease. It is thought to relieve irritated digestive tracts, stimulate saliva and bile secretion and inhibit abdominal cramps. It can also have a beneficial effect on nausea.
Peaches also help to stimulate digestion, prevent congestion and cleanse the kidneys and bladder. They also contain vitamin A, which helps to maintain healthy skin.
